The project covers the land located between Avenida Diagonal, Llull Street, and Selva de Mar Street, near the Diagonal Mar park. The project aims to create a pedestrian walkway that connects Avenida Diagonal with Diagonal Mar park.

The program includes the development of collective housing, with sizes of 90 m² and 120 m². A sports center is also planned, which will feature a regulation-sized covered futsal field, a gym, locker rooms, and additional spaces.

The housing units are designed in gallery style and face south to optimize energy efficiency and take advantage of the views toward Diagonal Mar. On the southern side are the social and private areas of the apartments, including terraces, the living room, and bedrooms, which are protected by a double layer of rotating wooden slats. On the northern side, the service areas are located, such as bathrooms and kitchens.

The sports center is made of a metal structure with a large truss. The facade is treated with GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) panels and translucent glass to allow natural lighting for the futsal field.
